Follow these 4 steps every time you approach a new business.
1. Share Your Referral Link
Every rep gets a unique referral link from the Rep Portal. Share it on social media, in emails, and with every business contact you know.
2. Reach Out to Business Owners & HR Managers
Use the approved Rep script to introduce the ZEV Employee Coaching Benefit — lead with the ROI: lower turnover, lower stress, higher productivity.
3. Run a 20-Minute Discovery Presentation
Walk prospects through the program overview, pricing tiers ($27–$47/employee), and real client results using the Rep Kit slide deck.
4. Close & Enroll the Account
Submit enrollment through your Rep Portal once a company agrees. Their plan activates and your monthly commission clock starts immediately.
How to Build Your Own Team
Grow your income beyond your own sales by recruiting and supporting other reps.
1. Invite Other Reps to Join Under You
Share your unique Rep referral code with people you know who'd be great at this. When they apply and list your code, they're added to your team.
2. Train Your New Reps
Walk them through this onboarding guide, the 30-Day Sales Plan, and the Program Guidelines so they ramp up quickly and represent ZEV professionally.
3. Support Their First Enrollments
Help your new reps land their first 1–2 accounts. Active, successful reps on your team mean consistent override income for you every month.
4. Earn Override Commission Automatically
Once your recruited reps have active accounts, your override is calculated and paid automatically — no extra paperwork required.
Commission Override Rules
Understand exactly how you get paid for the reps you recruit.
5% Override on Direct Recruits
You earn a 5% override on the monthly commission generated by every rep you personally recruit, for as long as their accounts stay active.
Override Applies to Their Total Commission
If a rep you recruited earns $1,000/month in commission, you automatically earn an additional $50/month override — no cap on team size.
Overrides Are Paid Monthly
Override income is calculated and paid on the same monthly schedule as your direct commission — no separate request needed.
One Level Deep
Overrides apply to reps you directly recruited (one level). This keeps the program simple, fair, and easy to track.
Overrides Require an Active Rep Agreement
Both you and your recruited rep must have a signed, current Rep Agreement on file for override commissions to apply.
No Territory Restrictions
You and your team can recruit and sell anywhere in the USA or Canada — there are no exclusive territories to worry about.

You recruit 3 reps. Each earns $700/month in direct commission. Your 5% override on each = $35/month per rep, or $105/month in passive override income — on top of your own sales commission.
